Joe (Carmine Capobianco) and Kate (Debi Thibeault) mostly have two things in common: they hate grapes in all their forms to death and love to tear people apart as a hobby. He's a bartender, she's a manicurist, and when they meet they immediately realize they're made for each other. Up until then we had seen them each pair up with the next one on their own, with separate but very similar stories: regular dates (he for sex, she for work) to end in a bloodbath and with a smile on their lips. Yes, because the two take their pastime with joy and the film follows its lightheartedness according to the rules of the most splatter black comedy, in pure eighties style...
